There are some service providers who have their presence in more than 150 countries and by using international SIM cards of these service providers you can easily hop between any of these countries and still pay local call rates for your calls made within that country.
This technology works only on unlocked GSM phones and in case you do not have one, the providers of these international SIM cards will provide you with one for a nominal charge. In case you still have any doubts, just try making 10 local calls while abroad to your contact in that country using your own SIM card.
